Refund Policy

If Project X isn't for you, request a full refund within 3 days of your first purchase. No explanation required.

Open a Billing ticket from your dashboard. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days, though your bank may take longer to post it.

Renewal charges are not automatically covered by the 3-day guarantee, because you have already had a full period to evaluate the product. If a renewal caught you by surprise and you have not used the service during the new period, contact us — we will almost always make it right.

Cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged. Cancelling never removes access you have already paid for.

Refunds are not issued in these cases:

• Accounts terminated for violating the Terms of Service.
• License keys that have been shared, resold, or published.
• Purchases made more than 3 days ago, outside of the renewal exception above.
• Chargebacks filed without contacting support first — these are disputed and the account is suspended.

Crypto refunds are issued in the same currency to an address you supply, at the exchange rate on the date of refund. Network fees are deducted. Because of rate volatility the fiat value you receive may differ from what you paid.

Refunding an order revokes the licenses issued by that order. Activated devices lose access at the next validation check.
