End User License Agreement

Last updated Jan 15, 2026 · Effective Jan 15, 2026

1.Grant of license

Subject to your compliance with this agreement and an active subscription or license, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Project X client on the number of devices permitted by your plan, for personal or internal business use.

2.Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, rent, lease, lend, or sublicense the software.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it, except where that right cannot be excluded by law.
  • Remove or alter proprietary notices.
  • Circumvent, disable, or tamper with the licensing or update mechanisms.
  • Use the software on more devices than your plan permits.

3.Ownership

The software is licensed, not sold. All right, title, and interest in the software, including all intellectual property rights, remain with Project X Interactive LLC and its licensors.

4.Updates

The client checks for and may automatically install updates. Updates are provided under this same agreement unless accompanied by separate terms. Some updates are marked mandatory and must be installed to continue using the software.

5.System modifications

The software adjusts operating system, driver, and scheduler settings to improve performance. It records the original values and restores them on uninstall. It does not modify game files, read game memory, or inject code into game processes.

You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the terms of service of any game you play.

6.Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach it, or when your subscription or license expires. On termination you must stop using and uninstall the software.

7.Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Project X Interactive LLC is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
